Team Meetings
Old job: 20+ people crammed in a small room. Lots of talk about organisational restructure, new ways of working and performance indicators.
New job: 6 people in a large room, chocolate brown Labrador snoozing on my feet. Lots of talk about dry stone walling, heritage conservation and volunteer surveying groups.
